Certainly not the first of its kind, Yahama’s PJP-25UR is arriving a little late to the VoIP speaker phone party.
Nevertheless, this sleek (only 1.25-pound unit) looking alternative is sure to have top-level managers
smiling, as it provides a pair of swing-out microphones, stereo speakers, an audio in / out jack and the
ability to get all the juice it needs from a powered USB port (AC adapter is optional).

AND… I’ve tested this out, and it works absolutely perfect in the Web Meet Live webinar environment!

  • Plug it into your USB port.
  • Login to your Webinar room.
  • Engage your mic as usual.
  • Portable PC based “Speakerphone Style” communications
  • Compact, portable and lghtweight design.
  • Built In echo canceller for full duplex and exceptional noise reduction
  • Movable mic-arms allow optimization of sound pick-up ranges
  • For home, office, or on-the-go

Compact, lightweight, and easy to carry. The PJP-25UR conceals itself neatly in a B5-size laptop bag,
and weighs a mere 570 grams (1.3 lbs). Because it’s easy to carry, you can join a Web conference from any
small space in the office or when out on a business trip.

Movable microphone arms adapt to various seating arrangements. One of the features of the
PJP-25UR is its movable microphone arms. By moving the microphone arms to change the pick up range,
Web conference participant voices are picked up and transmitted clearly even in locations with some degree
of ambient noise such as small spaces in offices. And by changing the angle of the microphone arms, the
PJP-25UR adapts to the seating arrangement.

USB powered. The PJP-25UR runs on USB bus power. By connecting to a PC with a USB cable, you can use it
as a Web conference microphone. Connection is simple, offering incredible ease-of-use.

Plays back music from your PC.The PJP-25UR even has uses other than for conferencing. Despite the
size, PJP-25UR’s two speakers can produce stereo sound. You can connect to a PC and enjoy music while on
the road or in the office at night.

PJP-25UR capabilities PJP-25UR Conference Microphone Speaker is suitable for smaller numbers of
participants. Its light weight and small size makes it easy to bring into any location.

Product CD-ROM comes with a software application that lets you enter detailed settings. If you
enter the number of conference participants and seating arrangement in the settings window, it shows you
the optimum PJP-25UR settings. Conference location settings can be saved and loaded.

You can visit Yamaha’s website for more details on the Yahama PJP-25UR web conference microphone/ speaker untit.

Marketing Tips: Interesting sales process by Yanik Silver…

Published by Tim Romero under Marketing Tips

As per my video (click above to watch), I didn’t really plan to do this. But, like Frank*, I always learn a lot by
studying the “back end” sales process the marketing gurus put into place. I found what Yanik has done here
to be quite interesting.

*I found out about this because I received the following email from Frank Kern a few days ago. Here’s the email:

Subject: “beautiful”

This is a classic example of OUTSTANDING sales copy:

I’m actually jealous of this sales letter by Yanik Silver.

Notice the use of story, exclusivity, and the different “angle”.

He sent it to me a few days ago for feedback and I ended up
reading the whole thing on my iPhone (now I’m half-blind from
all that squinting).

Anyway – here’s one to model for sure.

Frank

P.S. I haven’t seen the product so I can’t comment on it. I *did*
order it (just so I could see the back-end sales process) but that
was only a few minutes ago.

Is the product any good? Probably. I have everything Yanik’s
ever put out and it’s all top-notch.

I’d offer to send you a review but this’ll sell out in a day or
so because it’s free …so there’s no time.

P.P.S. I guess I should also give this disclaimer. Yanik is my
friend and I’m biased.

In 2006, we drove a lime-green Lotus convertible from L.A. to
Denver in a semi-legal road rally called the Player’s Run.

We were dressed as Elvis the entire time – even when we weren’t driving.

There’s nothing weird about that at all.

P.P.P.S. One more thing. My platinum mastermind group can totally
out-drink Yanik’s platinum group any day of the week.

We’ve issued repeated challenges to them and they don’t respond.
I think they’re sissies.

[End Email]

I was curious. So I thought I’d go ahead and order, so I could create a video to document and study the
process at a later time.

Anyhow, check out the video. I haven’t received the stuff I ordered yet, so I can’t comment on the content
yet. But for the cost of shipping, I figure it’ll turn out to be a good investment!
